    Authorizing the Borough of New Wilmington, Pennsylvania, to join in the creation of the Lawrence County Regional Planning Commission; and appropriating funds thereof; and appointing representatives to the commission; and establishing their term of appointees. (Ordinance 226, march 7, 1960)
    4-3.
    Establishing a Civil Service Commission for the Borough of New Wilmington. Said Commission to consist of three commissioners who are appointed by Borough Council for six year terms, one term to expire each odd numbered calendar year. The duties of said Commission are set forth in (j) of Article XI of the Borough Code. All proceedings of the Civil Service Commission shall be pursuant to these rules and regulations after their adoption and approval by Council. (Ordinance 375, July 6, 1981)

    Authorizing the Borough of New Wilmington to enter into an intergovernmental cooperation agreement with other municipalities in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania for the purposes of providing a centralized answering and dispatch service for emergency community services and stating such agreement's (1) conditions, (2) duration, (3) purpose and objectives, (4) the manner and extent of financing, (5) the organizational structure necessary for implementation, and (6) the manner in which property shall be acquired, managed, and/or disposed of.
